The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Norway, Slovenia, Romania, Malta, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Belgium, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Bulgaria, Slovakia.

Shipping costs (including VAT) for domestic deliveries (Germany): 6.00 EUR.

For goods valued at EUR 200.00 or more, shipping costs for parcel delivery within Germany are waived.

For international deliveries, shipping costs for parcel shipments are waived for goods valued at EUR 350.00 or more.

Our roof tents are delivered to you by a freight forwarder. Therefore, a freight forwarding surcharge of €99 applies. For orders over €3500, the freight forwarding surcharge is waived completely.

Please be sure to provide a telephone number, otherwise we will not be able to hand over the order to the shipping company. Otherwise, delivery may be delayed.

Deviations are possible depending on weight or shape. Please refer to the calculation in the checkout for the exact shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, and for international deliveries within 8 - 12 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Freight forwarding deliveries are usually carried out within 5-9 working days. The freight forwarding company will contact you.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time. It may happen that we send items individually.

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account on the announced date. When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
